Harvest Festival and Parade Road Closures

Arroyo Grande Harvest Festival and Parade Road Closures



ARROYO GRANDE, CA - The Arroyo Grande Harvest Festival and Parade will take place this Friday, September 26th and Saturday, September 27th. Olohan Alley will be closed for the event starting on Thursday, September 25th at 5 PM through Sunday, September 28th at 8 AM.

To ensure the safety of festival and parade goers, the Arroyo Grande Police Department and the City's Public Works Department will close roads in and around the Village as follows:

Saturday, September 27, 2025

Road Closures from 8:00 AM - 12:00 PMwith "no-parking/tow away" restrictions starting at 7:00 am:

· West and East Branch Street from Rodeo Drive to Mason Street

· West and East Branch Street from Old Ranch Road to Branch Street

· Old Ranch Road from West Branch Street to the end of the City owned property

· Wesley Street between Larchmont and West Branch Street

· Traffic Way from Fair Oaks Avenue to Station Way

· North Mason Street from East Branch Street to Tally Ho Road

· South Mason Street from East Branch Street to Poole Street

Poole Street from Mason Street to Traffic Way will have no-parking/tow way restrictions but is not closed to traffic.

In addition, East Branch Street will be closed from Mason Street to Highway 227 (Bus Barn) on Saturday, September 27, 2025, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Parking will still be allowed during this time.

Road Closures from 8:00 AM - 6:00 PMto include:

  • Nelson Street from Mason Street to Bridge Street
  • Short Street from Nelson Street to the Swinging Bridge
  • Bridge Street from East Branch Street to Traffic Way

There will be designated parking for individuals with disabilities at the following location:

  • City parking lot off Le Point Street (to the rear of Council Chambers)

The Arroyo Grande Police Department will be managing traffic around the parade route, with officers stationed to assist motorists and provide detour instructions. In addition, the gate between Emerald Bay Drive and Miller Way will be opened on Saturday, September 27, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM to improve resident access.

We recognize that these temporary closures, combined with the ongoing Traffic Way Bridge project, may create additional challenges. We sincerely appreciate the community's patience and support as we work to keep this beloved tradition thriving while the City continues important infrastructure improvements.
