Regina Readling Returns to Sullivan & Cromwell as Partner in the Firm’s Executive Compensation Group

NEW YORK (JULY 7, 2025) - Sullivan & Cromwell LLP announced today that Regina Readling is rejoining the firm as a partner in its New York office and Executive Compensation Group.

Regina's practice includes mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, initial public offerings and other strategic transactions, as well as advising public and private companies, boards of directors, compensation committees and executives. She has advised a wide range of clients, including The Home Depot, The Kroger Company, Amazon.com, Canadian Pacific Railway, Enbridge, Fiserv and Sotheby's.
