Tarleton State Men’s Golf completes play at Aggie Invitational

COLLEGE STATION, Texas - Tarleton State Men's Golf finished 10th in its first appearance at Texas A&M's Aggie Invitational that wrapped up on Sunday.

The Texans compiled a 54-hole score of 928 on Saturday and Sunday. No. 19 nationally ranked Texas A&M won its home tournament by nine strokes, edging out No. 6 nationally ranked Oklahoma. Texas A&M's Phichaksn Maichon took home individual medalist honors with a 6-under-par performance.

Senior led the Texans with a 229 54-hole score, finishing 37th. Sophomore finished in 45th with a 54-hole score of 232 while came in 49th with a 233 54-hole score.

Senior had a 234 54-hole score and finished 54th. Freshman rounded out the Texans' lineup with a 253 54-hole score and finished 74th.

Tarleton State's spring season continues on Friday at Ohio State's Robert Kepler Invitational in Columbus.
