On 15 January 2025, the banker's oath enters into force for the fit & proper persons and the executives responsible for managing banks. On this occasion, the Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA) is publishing an explanatory video and opening the registration platform for the oaths that are to be sworn at its premises.
