The trilateral partnership between Pakistan, Azerbaijan, and Turkiye represents an evolving model of strategic cooperation rooted in shared principles and converging regional objectives. While each bilateral relationship has its own trajectory, the intersection of these ties within a trilateral context reflects a deliberate effort by the three countries to move beyond regular diplomacy towards a more cohesive framework of engagement. This partnership is shaped by political solidarity on core international issues, growing defense and security coordination, expanding economic interaction, and increasingly institutionalized dialogues across governmental and parliamentary levels. The three countries initiated trilateral cooperation after the Second Karabakh War in 2020.[1] The Shusha Declaration signed on June 15, 2021, between Turkiye and Azerbaijan laid the foundation for future partnership and Pakistan became the first state to join this alliance.
