(b) In connection with his resignation from Northern Neck Electric Cooperative, Bradley H. Hicks no longer meets the qualifications set forth in our Bylaws to serve as a member of our board of directors. Effective April 16, 2025, Mr. Hicks no longer serves as a member of the Old Dominion Electric Cooperative board of directors.
