Save the Date: The 22nd IFOAM Organic World Congress

The 22nd IFOAM Organic World Congress (OWC) will commence on 23 - 25 November 2027 in Negros Occidental, Philippines.

The OWC is the flagship event of IFOAM - Organics International and the world's leading gathering for the organic sector and movement. Held every three years since 1977, the OWC brings together stakeholders from across the organic value chain to exchange knowledge, build partnerships, and advance solutions for sustainable food and farming systems.

The upcoming OWC will be hosted in Talisay City, Negros Occidental, Philippines, under the banner "Organic Regenerates." Dubbed as the "Organic Food Bowl of the Philippines," the province of Negros Occidental is known for its vibrant agriculture sector and commitment to organic farming, making the province a fitting venue for the OWC.

Hosted by the Province of Negros Occidental, the Negros Island Sustainable Agriculture and Rural Development and the Department of Agriculture of the Philippines, the OWC will spotlight those who work towards transforming our food systems. Farmers, businesses, researchers, policymakers, certification bodies, development organisations and civil society are invited to join the event and participate in the dynamic program. Through scientific exchange, policy dialogue, practical learning, and market engagement, participants explore how organic systems can contribute to addressing some of the world's most pressing challenges, including climate change, biodiversity loss, food security, and rural development.

Registrations and call for sessions will be announced soon.
