Ministry of Foreign Affairs participates in the UK in Thailand Football Tournament 2026

On 7 September 2026, H.E. Mr. Vijavat Isarabhakdi, Vice Minister for Foreign Affairs, together with H.E. Ms. Nicola Pollitt, Ambassador of the United Kingdom to Thailand, co-chaired the opening ceremony of the annual UK in Thailand Football Tournament 2026 at Polo Football Park.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs' MFA Buakaew FC participated in the tournament, alongside another 16 teams from the British Embassy, Thai government agencies and the private sector. The British Embassy won this year's tournament.
