Willkie Adds Restructuring Partner Marc Hecht In London

New York, NY (January 20, 2026) --- Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP is pleased to announce that Marc Hecht has joined as a partner in the Restructuring Department, based in the Firm's London office.

Marc has more than a decade of experience advising on financial stress, distress, restructuring and insolvency matters for varied stakeholders, including creditor groups, capital and liquidity solution providers, secondary investors, par lenders, sponsors and portfolio companies. He has guided clients through some of the largest and most complex European and cross-border restructurings across numerous industries in recent years. Marc joins from Simpson Thacher.
