LOS ANGELES - Equality California, the nation's largest statewide LGBTQ+ civil rights organization announced the endorsements of eight pro-equality candidates running for federal and state legislative offices.
"Now more than ever, it is critical that we elect pro-LGBTQ+ leaders we trust to fight for our rights and stand firmly on the right side of history," said Executive Director Tony Hoang. "At a time when our community is facing coordinated attacks across the country, we need leaders who are clear and consistent in their support for LGBTQ+ people and who understand what is at stake.
