East Penn Ranked as a Best Place to Work in Two States and on a National Level

We are pleased to announce that East Penn has been honored as one of the 2025 Best Places to Work in Pennsylvania and Texas, as well as one of the 2026 Best Places to Work in Manufacturing on a national level. These recognitions are from the Best Companies Group, an independent research and consulting firm that specializes in identifying and recognizing the best places to work all over the world.

The Best Places to Work in Pennsylvania is a joint effort of the Best Companies Group, the Central Penn Business Journal, and Lehigh Valley Business. This year marks East Penn's 22^nd year being named to the list. The Best Places to Work in Texas recognition is a project of Texas Monthly, the Texas Association of Business, Texas Society of Human Resource Management (Texas SHRM) and Best Companies Group. This is the first time East Penn's Temple, Texas location has received the recognition.

These programs are designed to identify, recognize, and honor the best places of employment in Pennsylvania and Texas. Companies named to these prestigious lists benefit the state's economy, workforce and businesses.

The Best Places to Work in Manufacturing award is designed to recognize companies across the US and Canada that have demonstrated a strong dedication to creating an inspiring, engaging, and supportive workplace for their teams. This is the second consecutive year East Penn has been recognized with this honor.

Both lists are determined using comprehensive selection processes that include information directly supplied by companies and results from a confidential survey completed by a randomly selected group of employees. The survey is used to evaluate the employees' workplace experience regarding their individual, team, and organizational experiences. The survey process accounts for 75 percent of the total evaluation score.
