Statement by RA NA President on resignation letter of RA NA deputy Aregnaz Manukyan

In accordance with Article 155.1 of the Constitutional Law, the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly , the deputy of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia Aregnaz Manukyan submitted a resignation letter on September 22, 2025.

"In accordance with Article 155.2 of the Constitutional Law, the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly, if after the publication of the resignation letter, within one week, the deputy withdraws her/his resignation letter in writing, then the President of the National Assembly makes a statement to this effect; if the deputy does not withdraw her/his resignation letter, then a protocol is drawn up on the termination of his/her powers, which is signed and published by the President of the National Assembly. From the moment of publication of the protocol, the resignation letter is considered accepted," it is noted in the statement signed by the RA NA Vice President, the Acting NA President Hakob Arshakyan.
