It's a wrap! Last week, Paycor's Connect+ conference brought together nearly 500 customers, brokers, and alliance partners for three days of learning, connecting, and engagement.

The event, held April 22-24, 2025, at the Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate, was designed to equip business leaders with the knowledge, tools, and strategies necessary to navigate the ever-evolving human resources landscape and drive success within their organizations. With HR leaders playing a pivotal role in shaping organizational strategies, fostering employee engagement, and helping to ensure compliance, the conference provided valuable insights from inspiring speakers, interactive breakout sessions, and networking opportunities for Paycor's customers and broker partners.

Nearly 50 educational sessions were led by Paycor product managers and HR professionals, covering topics ranging from product roadmaps and features to management strategies and industry trends. Key themes included empowering the modern HR professional, effective leadership, and best practices for staying current with trends in HR, payroll, talent management and compliance. Attendees also had the opportunity to participate in deep-dive learning experiences and personalized consultations with Paycor subject matter experts.

During the conference, Paycor also recognized customers who have demonstrated innovative or highly effective use of Paycor solutions:

• Valerie Jones, Clarion Home Services Group LLC
• Bobbie Vick, Axogen, Inc.
• Steve Caldwell, McElroy Manufacturing
• Jalisa Moberley, Hy-Tek Material Handling, LLC
• Alicia Leija, HealthTexas Medical Group

Thank you to all our attendees for making Paycor's 2025 Connect+ a resounding success!
