Meeting with the Ambassador of Bangladesh
On February 20, First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Bakhromjon Aloyev met with Mohammad Monirul Islam, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.
During the meeting, the sides discussed current issues related to the development of Uzbekistan-Bangladesh cooperation in the trade and economic, investment, cultural and humanitarian, tourism, and other spheres.
Particular attention was paid to preparations for mutual visits at various levels, as well as to holding the next round of political consultations and the meeting of the Intergovernmental Commission on Economic, Industrial and Scientific-Technical Cooperation.
