With its $3 billion global, multi-year security and technology transformation principally complete, Equifax is fully leveraging the Equifax Cloud™, EFX.AI technology, and its unique proprietary data to deliver higher-performing EFX.AI powered scores, models, and products to help its customers grow and help open up new mainstream financial services opportunities for more consumers.

Equifax introduced 54 new products in the first half of 2026. And in the second quarter of the year, the company delivered a very strong 16% new product Vitality Index, which is above the organization's 2026 Vitality Index goal of 15% - the percentage of revenue generated from new products introduced within the last three years - and the 10% long-term Vitality framework. Over half of these new Equifax products had AI capabilities embedded in the product architecture. Customer and consumer needs are at the center of this innovation, with a focus on meeting their evolving needs faster than ever before.

The new Equifax Ignite® AI Advisor is part of a growing suite of AI-enabled solutions that leverages Equifax Cloud infrastructure and patented EFX.AI technology to deliver clear, actionable insights. Through a generative AI chat interface and dynamic visual dashboards, lenders can pinpoint growth opportunities and make informed decisions faster. Currently used by U.S. customers in the auto, personal loans, and bankcard sectors, Equifax Ignite AI Advisor is also slated to expand into global markets.

Equifax Proprietary Data: Fueling higher-performing, AI-driven solutions

Proprietary data - unique data that is only available to Equifax customers - differentiates the company in the industry. Only Equifax can use this data for the development of customer solutions and new products using our patented EFX.AI technology. The Equifax Cloud and custom data fabric were purpose-built to maintain and manage the large volume of diverse, proprietary datasets needed to maximize AI performance. AI requires deep, accurate, and high-quality data. The Equifax data fabric ingests 20 billion records per month globally while also enabling the organization to manage that data in keeping with regulatory requirements.

The moat around Equifax data - the protection provided to ensure data can only be used by Equifax customers on a permissioned or aggregated basis and not blended with public, untrusted sources - is critical.

Looking Ahead

Equifax tripled the number of products launched using EFX.AI from 2023 to 2025. Moving forward, Equifax will continue to accelerate its innovation strategy, leveraging patented EFX.AI capabilities, its advanced Cloud-native technology, and proprietary data to provide its customers with more intelligent, AI-powered innovation to help them make more informed, faster decisions that can open up new opportunities for consumers, faster.
