Scenes from Black History Month at SIUE

On Saturday, Feb. 28, Southern Illinois University Edwardsville concluded its celebration of Black History Month with a journey through Black fashion, hosted by Black Girls Rock. February's "Keeping It 100: Commemorating A Century of Black History" consisted of nearly 20 events where the SIUE community presented and participated in culturally infused performance, educational workshops, crafts and conversation.
