Suicide Basin/Kʼóox Ḵaadí Basin is currently overtopping and expected to release within 1-6 days. Residents in the inundation area should finalize last-minute preparations, confirm evacuation plans and prepare a go-bag.

CBJ, Tlingit & Haida, and local weather agencies will monitor the Basin closely and issue an alert as soon as it begins to release.
