Draft Comprehensive Safety Action Plan Available for Public Review

The Greensboro Urban Area Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) announces the availability of the Draft Comprehensive Safety Action Plan for public review and comment.

The plan identifies transportation safety challenges and prioritizes strategies to reduce serious injuries and fatalities across the Greensboro urban area. It establishes a framework to guide future safety investments and policy decisions, based on analysis of crash data, roadway conditions, and input from community stakeholders.

The public comment period is open through Thursday, April 23. The draft plan and associated public input survey are available at www.guampo.org.
