Submit finals relief events to central resource

With the semester half over, many departments may be planning initiatives to support students during finals week. Whether it's extended library hours, a "coffee and cram" session or a faculty-led review, these efforts are the backbone of student well-being during the most high-pressure weeks.

This year, Wellness Services is taking the lead to ensure these resources are easier for students to find and navigate. A centralized Finals Relief Hub is being built to connect students directly to support across the university.

Use the Google Form to tell Wellness Services about planned events or extended hours and upload digital/printable resources. Even if plans are still in the "tentative" stage they can still be submitted for follow up with future communications.

These coordinated efforts aim to reduce the mental load on students by proving one clear path to the relief they may need.
