The Embassy of Armenia to US hosted an evening dedicated to the history, production traditions, and distinctive characteristics of Armenian brandy at Ned's Club in Washington, D.C.
The event opened with remarks by Ambassador of Armenia to the United States Narek Mkrtchyan. Businessman Karen Meymaryan presented the history and production traditions of Armenian brandy, as well as the selected varieties featured during the tasting.
The evening also provided an opportunity to discuss interest in Armenian brandy and the potential of new markets for the product.
The event was attended by representatives of American political, diplomatic, academic, and business circles.
