Participation of Minister Tajani in the inaugural events of the Milano–Cortina 2026 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games
The Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Antonio Tajani, is in Milan to attend the events marking the opening of the Milano-Cortina 2026 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games.
The Minister will attend a meeting with the President of the Council of Ministers, Giorgia Meloni, the Vice President of the United States, J.D. Vance and the U.S. Secretary of State, Marco Rubio.
He will also take part in the welcoming ceremony for 51 Heads of State, Sovereigns, Heads of Government and heads of international organisations, in the presence of the President of the Republic, Sergio Mattarella, who will officially inaugurate the Games.
In the evening, the Minister will attend the opening ceremony at the San Siro Stadium.
