Spotlight series: What’s new in HRMS 9.2

Following the announcement of the Human Resources Management System (HRMS)upgrade from version 8.9 to 9.2, HRMS 9.2introduces several enhanced features designed to simplify navigation, improve personalization, and enable employees to better manage their information.

New features in HRMS 9.2

In HRMS 9.2, users can expect improvements to how they access and use the system, including:

  • A more personalized home page, allowing users to tailor their view and quickly access the information and tools most relevant to them.
  • Easier access to personal information, with improved functionality to view and update personal details in one centralized location.
  • An improved schedule feature, designed to provide greater clarity and consistency in work planning, including the use of predefined schedules. These changes are focused on improving usability, efficiency, and data accuracy.
  • Smarter absence management, with new features that make requesting, updating, and approving leave easier for both employees and managers.

Note: The features displayed on each user's homepage will vary according to their access level, role, and preference.
