Ulbricht to Speak at NBI Webinar on Municipal Law

Taft's Ashley Ulbricht will speak at the upcoming National Business Institute online seminar titled "Municipal Law: Advanced Issues and Answers," being held on Feb. 12. She will present on Section 1983 claims, police reform, and municipal liability risks.
