SRO is pleased to announce the sale of Lynnwood Crossroads Shopping Center and Professional Plaza. Lynnwood Crossroads Shopping Center is a 104,000 square foot grocery-anchored retail center, with tenants including Sprouts Farmers Market, LA Fitness, Starbucks, Five Guys, Hops n Drops, and others. Adjacent to the shopping center, Professional Plaza is a professional and medical office building of 6,000 square feet. After a long history with the site, SRO developed Lynnwood Crossroads in phases beginning in 2013 and culminating in 2019 with completion of the building occupied by Sprouts Farmers Market. The combined properties sold for $45,000,000.
