NOTICE OF WATER RIGHT APPLICATION
LAS 35271
Pursuant to AS 46.15.133 and 11 AAC 93.080, notice is hereby given that the Palmer Family Associates II, LLC, 430 E State Street, Ste 100, Eagle, Idaho 83616 applied for a permit to appropriate water on October 2, 2024 (Priority Date). The application proposes the following:
The withdrawal of up to 25,000 gallons per day (gpd) from January 1stthrough December 31steach year for a 100-unit housing complex, 3,000 gpd for commercial use and 3,450 gpd for irrigation from May 1stthrough September 30th, from a well drilled to 86 feet in depth located in Tract 1, Winter Rose Subdivision, Palmer Plat No. 2022-67, within Section 34, Township 18 North, Range 1 East, Seward Meridian.
The proposed purpose of use is public water supply for housing development.
The proposed place of use is Tracts 1 and 2, Winter Rose Subdivision, Plat No. 2022-67.
Per AS 46.15.133 (a), within 15 days of publication or service of notice, people may file with the director written objections. Comments or objections must be made in writing to the above-listed address or to [email protected] by 5:00 p.m. on the last day of the fifteen (15) day public comment period. Pursuant to 11 AAC 93.080 (6), "The public comment period set by AS 46.15.133 (c) begins the first day of the posting, or upon receipt of the notice as evidenced by the certified mail receipt, date stamp, or other evidence of actual service."
