MMY US Inc. to Open New Operations in Cleveland

CLEVELAND, Ohio, July 27, 2026 - MMY US Inc.(MMY), an advanced modular construction company that designs and manufactures innovative building systems for residential housings, today announced the selection of Cleveland to expand its US presence. The project will bring 120 new jobs to the region and was approved for tax credit assistance during today's Ohio Tax Credit Authority meeting.

Opening an additional facility in the US will allow the company to service a new geographical area while remaining cost competitive, including utilizing the Port of Cleveland to service Canada.

Establishing our Cleveland manufacturing operations represents a transformational milestone for MMY US. The Wellman-Seaver-Morgan facility provides the scale, infrastructure, and strategic location needed to significantly expand our manufacturing capacity whilst supporting our mission of delivering high-quality, sustainable, steel-framed modular housing across North America," said Robin Bartram-Brown, CEO of MMY US Inc. Helping to solidify MMY's decision was the recent announcement that the City of Cleveland and the Site Readiness for Good Jobs Fund (SRF) selected MMY as the City's preferred modular housing manufacturer, and awarded $2.56 million in Ohio Historic Preservation Tax Credits for the redevelopment of the historic Wellman Wellman-Seaver-Morgan Engineering Company building at 7000 Central Avenue.
