Willkie advised Onex Partners on the acquisition of Integrated Specialty Coverages, a tech-enabled insurance platform dedicated to designing, underwriting, and distributing insurance solutions, from KKR.
On September 18, Onex Corporation (TSX: ONEX) announced that the Onex Partners Opportunities Fund agreed to acquire Integrated Specialty Coverages from KKR. Onex Partners, the private equity platform of Onex Corporation, will make the investment alongside a consortium of leading institutional equity partners.
Onex Corporation is an alternative asset manager that invests and manages capital on behalf of its shareholders and clients across the globe.
