Data & IoT Business Unit: Iacopo Palazzi Joins Sirti Digital Solutions to further accelerate the Development of Innovative Data & IoT Solutions

Milan, October 27, 2025 - Sirti Digital Solutions, the tech company of the Sirti Group that drives the digital evolution of enterprises-enabling the transition from the digital economy to the AI economy-announces the appointment of Iacopo Palazzi as Head of Engineering within the IoT & Data Business Unit, where he will focus on developing AI-based solutions and intelligent digital infrastructures.

A graduate with honors in Computer Engineering from the University of Siena, Palazzi holds multiple certifications including AWS Solutions Architect, Certified Developer, and AI Practitioner.
He brings extensive experience in the digital technology domain, having served as Senior Delivery Consultant and Team Lead within the Italian unit at Amazon Web Services (AWS) focused on IoT, Data, and AI/ML.
In this role, he supported a team of specialists in achieving delivery excellence, acting as a liaison and technical guarantor for the success of complex projects, while contributing to the development of cloud-based applications in artificial intelligence, data, and Internet of Things.

Previously, he held roles of increasing responsibility at Connect Reply and Live Reply, contributing to the creation of highly scalable digital platforms, complex IoT systems, and software infrastructures for telecom operators and public sector organizations.

With over 15 years of experience, Palazzi brings to Sirti Digital Solutions a strong vision and deep expertise that will further strengthen the company's position as a leading player in the design and implementation of intelligent systems and infrastructures, where data, networks, and cloud converge to generate value and sustainability.
