NOTICE OF ADOPTED AND FILED REGULATIONS OF THE DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE, COMMUNITY, AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
On October 26, 2026, the Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development adopted regulations in Title 12, Chapter 02 of the Alaska Administrative Code. The regulations concern updating general occupational licensing functions relating to fees for certain professions.
The regulations were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed and filed by the Office of the Lieutenant Governor on October 28, 2026, and are effective on November 27, 2026. Attached is a copy of the filed regulations.
The regulation changes will first appear in Register 260, January 2027, of the Alaska Administrative Code.
