Greenwich, CT - October 6, 2026 - Atlas Holdings announced today that portfolio company Stryten. Energy LLC has completed its acquisition of C&D Technologies, Inc. and Trojan Battery Company, LLC ("C&D Trojan"), creating one of North America's most comprehensive battery manufacturing and energy storage companies. The business, headquartered in Alpharetta, Georgia, and led by President and Chief Executive Officer Mike Judd, will bring expanded capabilities across transportation, essential power, industrial, military and government markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Together, the company operates 18 battery manufacturing and component facilities across the U.S., Mexico and Asia and employs approximately 4,800 people worldwide. The combined company will operate under the Stryten Energy name while preserving the C&D Technologies and Trojan Battery product brands.
