The following case has been withdrawn by the applicant and will not proceed to the Thursday, August 28 Commission Special Rezoning Meeting scheduled for 5 p.m.

Zoning Board Recommendation: Recommended Approval on a vote of 6-2, with Jane Hayes and Gene Sullivan in opposition and the conditions:

1) A maximum of 656 lots

2) The applicant must come to a mitigation agreement with the school board.

3) The development must connect to sewer via the applicant installing a sewage treatment plant.

4) There must be a 50' Natural Existing Vegetative buffer on Horace Lunsford Rd and Pond Creek Rd.

5) The design must comply with the conceptual layout, to the greatest extent possible.

6) The applicant must make improvements to Horace Lunsford Rd and Pond Creek Rd, to County Engineering standards, prior to developing the property.
