Wen Ku highlighted that the communication industry is accelerating toward intelligence, convergence, and greening, with 5G and AI serving as key drivers. AI plays a crucial role in network operations, fault diagnosis, and automated management, significantly enhancing the deployment, operation, and maintenance efficiency of 5G networks. Especially in China, the communication AI sector has achieved leading progress. Wen Ku called for strengthened collaboration among governments, enterprises, and research institutions to promote the deep application of AI and facilitate the digital transformation of industries. Wen Ku emphasized that standardization work in the 5G and AI fields is crucial, hoping that the entire industry will work together to establish a unified system and promote interconnection.

Li Huidi noted that AI is profoundly transforming the world, ushering in a new era of "digital intelligence revolution" and giving rise to the "new trio"-smart connected new energy vehicles, AI-powered smartphones and computers, and intelligent robots. Through the "two large-scale effects" of technological capabilities and economic benefits, AI is profoundly transforming the society. China Mobile positions itself as a "supplier, aggregator, and operator" in the AI field: optimizing the layout of intelligent computing, aggregating large models such as "Jiutian" and DeepSeek, and providing one-stop AI services. Its "Three-Zero Three-Self" (zero waiting, zero failure, zero contact, self-configuration, self-repair, self-optimization) autonomous network has stepped into L4 high-level autonomy era, significantly improving network efficiency. Li Huidi urged the industry to strengthen international cooperation in AI ethics governance, jointly build an open and collaborative AI governance system, and promote intelligence for the good.

Huang Zhiyong stated that China Telecom has continuously and deeply implemented the "cloud and digital transformation" strategy, accelerating its transformation into a service-oriented, tech-driven, and security-focused enterprise. Focusing on core technologies such as cloud-network integration and AI, China Telecom has built the "TeleChat" and the "Xirang" domestically produced intelligent computing platform, both of which have been applied in multiple industries. In the aspect of "AI for Network", it actively promotes the deep reconstruction of the network value system with use of AI, and the network's autonomous intelligence level is rapidly evolving towards L4. In the aspect of "Network for AI", it takes full advantages of cloud-network integration, to complete the construction of a 10,000-card intelligent computing cluster, promote the comprehensive upgrade of data centers to AIDC, build new types of AI infrastructure, and achieve two-way empowerment through cloud-network synergy. China Telecom is working with industry partners to build an open ecosystem and initiate cooperation projects such as hackathons to jointly promote AI technological innovation and industrial upgrading.
