Deputy Prime Minister for Foreign and European Affairs Filip Ivanović hosted a group of students from the Faculty of Political Science of the University of Montenegro at the Government building, at the initiative of the Faculty's Student Council.
During the visit, students had the opportunity to learn about the work of the Government, as well as key priorities in the field of foreign and European affairs, with a particular focus on Montenegro's EU integration process.
The Deputy Prime Minister highlighted the importance of active youth participation in social and political processes, emphasising that knowledge, dedication and critical thinking form the foundation of a modern and democratic society.
In an open and constructive discussion, students raised questions related to the dynamics of negotiations with the European Union, the role of youth in shaping public policies, as well as opportunities for professional development in public administration and diplomacy.
The Deputy Prime Minister expressed his satisfaction with the students' interest in public policy and European integration, noting that his Office will remain open to similar initiatives in the future, with the aim of strengthening dialogue with the academic community and young people.
This visit represents another step towards enhancing cooperation between state institutions and students, as well as encouraging greater transparency and inclusiveness in public administration.
