Hurricane Preparedness Week 2025

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis and the Florida Division of Emergency Management (FDEM) have announced the start of Hurricane Preparedness Week.

Running in conjunction with the National Weather Service's Hurricane Preparedness Week, May 4-10 will focus on being proactive and prepared for the upcoming Hurricane season, June 1, 2025, and continues to November 30, 2025.
