The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) is warning consumers to stop using Darice "Timeless Minis" red wagons, watering cans, and chairs immediately. The toys exceed the lead paint limit, violating the federal lead paint ban and posing a lead poisoning hazard. Lead is toxic if ingested by young children and can cause adverse health issues.
CPSC urges consumers to take the miniature toys away from children, stop using them immediately and dispose of them. Do not sell or give away these hazardous toys.
The entity that imported these products, Darice, Inc. of Strongsville, OH is no longer in business.
The miniature toys come in red wagons, watering cans, and chairs. The toys were packaged with the labels including "Darice" and "Timeless Minis" on the brown label. The red wagons, watering cans and chairs were sold separately.
