The President congratulated, over the telephone, commanders on the liberation of the Kursk Region
Upon completion of the operation to liberate the Kursk Region, Vladimir Putin called the commander of the liberation group and the commanders of the units that distinguished themselves during the operation, to congratulate them on the victory and thank them for their heroic service.
On April 26, Chief of the General Staff of the Russian Federation Armed Forces Valery Gerasimov reported to the Supreme Commander-in-Chief, via videoconference, on the final crushing defeat of the Ukrainian invaders in the Kursk Region.
