DCHA Hosts Town Hall for HCVP Participants

The DC Housing Authority (DCHA) is hosting Keys to Success, a Town Hall for Housing Choice Voucher Program (HCVP) participants.
Date: Wednesday April 8, 2026
Time: 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.
Location: Panorama Room
Address: 1600 Morris Rd. SE, Washington, DC 20020
DCHA staff will be on site to answer questions from attendees.

The Town Hall will include:

Learn About & Register For RentCafe Review the HCVP Program
  • Submit forms and documents to DCHA
  • Invite landlords to submit Request for Tenancy Approval (RFTA) packets
  • Track inspection results
  • View Housing Assistance Payment (HAP) breakdown
  • Communicate with DCHA
  • Eligibility
  • Leasing
  • Housing search assistance
  • Inspections
  • Transfers
  • Recertifications
  • Mediations
