Beltsville, MD: Attempted Robbery of USPS Letter Carrier
The subject is described as a Black or Hispanic male in his early-to-mid 20s, approximately 6'0" - 6'2" with an athletic build, weighing roughly 185 - 190lbs and tattoos on the top of both hands. The subject was wearing dark pants, a dark long-sleeved shirt with a dark short-sleeved shirt over top, a black face mask covering his face and a black bucket style hat. The U.S. Postal Inspection Service is offering a reward of up to $150,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the suspect, pictured above, who attempted to rob a U.S. Postal Service letter carrier. The incident occurred at approximately 4:15 p.m. on Tuesday, July 6, 2026 at 11268 Evans Trail, Beltsville, MD 20705.
