Healthgrades' 2027 hospital ratings are based on a risk-adjusted statistical analysis of Medicare patient outcomes from 2023 through 2025. The annual evaluations assess hospital performance across a range of common procedures and conditions, helping patients make informed decisions about where to receive care.
