Envoy Global has named Raghuram Srinivas Chief Product & Technology Officer, effective Wednesday, Aug. 19, 2026. Srinivas will lead product strategy and technology development for Envoy Global's immigration management platform, reporting to CEO Jason Brennan.
Srinivas joins Envoy Global with more than two decades of experience building data and AI-driven products in industries where accuracy and trust carry real consequences. Most recently, he served as SVP/Head of Products & Innovation at MetricStream, where he owned product strategy, roadmap and delivery for the company's governance, risk and compliance portfolio. He also built the company's AI Customer Outcomes and Forward Engineering line of business, pioneering a "forward-deployed engineering" model for turning applied AI work into a durable revenue stream.
Envoy Global has named Raghuram Srinivas Chief Product & Technology Officer.Earlier in his career, Srinivas led the AI and technology teams at JPMorgan Chase. Before that, he led data science and product initiatives at KPMG's Cognitive Computing Labs and at IBM, including a stretch on the IBM Watson team building AI and machine learning solutions for major financial services and retail clients.
Srinivas holds a Ph.D. in computer science and statistics from Southern Methodist University, where his research focused on collaborative filtering and generative networks, and a master's degree in data sciences, also from SMU. Srinivas is also a teacher. He has taught graduate-level data analytics as an adjunct professor at Trine University and previously taught machine learning and database management at SMU as an adjunct professor. He's based in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
"Raghu has consistently shown how AI can solve critical challenges in industries where accuracy and trust are paramount," said Jason Brennan, Chief Executive Officer of Envoy Global. "His experience delivering AI-powered innovation in regulated environments comes at an important time for Envoy Global as we expand our capabilities and reinforce our role as a technology leader in global corporate immigration."
Technology alone is rarely a lasting differentiator. The real advantage comes from combining advanced AI capabilities with deep expertise, and that's exactly what Envoy Global has built. With its strong foundation in immigration law and a clear opportunity to apply AI and machine learning at scale, Envoy is uniquely positioned to transform the customer experience. I'm thrilled to be part of that journey.
