PENSACOLA, FL - Catalyst Healthcare Real Estate (Catalyst), a full-service healthcare real estate development and investment firm, and National Real Estate Advisors, LLC (National), an investment manager developing and managing large-scale real estate projects on behalf of its clients, celebrate the completion of a 22,382 square foot medical office building (MOB) and ambulatory surgical center (ASC) in Wildwood, Fla.
The development consists of a 13,724-square-foot MOB and an 8658-square-foot ASC for Ocala Eye. Ocala Eye, the largest ophthalmologic physician group within a 25-mile radius, leases 100% of the development. This will be the seventh location Ocala Eye has opened.
This two-building development includes space for routine eye care and space for intensive procedures and services in the ASC. These services expand and complement those offered at Ocala Eye's other locations while creating better accessibility for patients in the rapidly expanding southern portion of The Villages.
