Lowenstein Selected as Counsel to Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors in FLOAT Alaska LLC Chapter 11 Bankruptcy
Lowenstein Sandler's Bankruptcy & Restructuring Department has been selected as counsel to the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors in the Chapter 11 bankruptcy of FLOAT Alaska LLC and six affiliated debtors.
FLOAT Alaska was the operator of Northern Pacific Airways, a charter airline and low-cost carrier based in Anchorage, Alaska. The debtors filed for voluntary Chapter 11 protection in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
The Lowenstein team includes Jeffrey Cohen, Gianfranco Finizio, and Jake A. Rauchberg.
