In 2025, the AMF carried out a campaign of mystery visits to bank branches, targeting both risk-averse and risk-loving customers, in collaboration with the market research organisation IPSOS. These mystery visits were designed to assess the sales practices of banking institutions in light of MiFID II regulations.
