Children needed for physical therapy student project

Children ages 5 to 15 are needed to participate in a Marquette University physical therapy student project on Friday, Feb. 27, from either 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. or 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. in Schroeder Complex 399.

Those with students at Oak Creek and Shorewood schools should note class is excused on that day.

As part of a lab exercise, physical therapy students learning about child development will assess participants' posture, strength, coordination, range of motion and balance through fun, age-appropriate activities. These hands-on experiences are an important part of student learning and help prepare them as future health professionals.

Families interested in participating can sign up through SignUpGenius or call (414) 288-3378 for more information.
