Baker McKenzie Vietnam Advises OKX on its strategic investment in CAEX

Baker McKenzie Vietnam is pleased to have advised OKX, a leading global digital assets exchange and Web3 technology company, on its strategic investment in CAEX Vietnam ("CAEX"), a locally developed crypto asset exchange platform. Alongside the founding Vietnamese shareholders, VPBankS and LynkiD, the parties aim to develop a Vietnam-focused digital asset exchange platform. Baker McKenzie Vietnam advised OKX on all aspects of the transaction, including regulatory advice, transaction documentation and negotiations.

This transaction highlights Baker McKenzie's experience in advising global digital asset platforms and Web3 companies on complex, cross-border investments in Vietnam and across Southeast Asia, particularly in emerging and highly regulated sectors.
