Weekly APA Public Comment Periods Announcement

RAY BROOK, NY - The Adirondack Park Agency is accepting public comment on projects currently under review. The public is encouraged to go online to learn more about each public comment opportunity and to submit comments electronically.

At present, the following projects are available for comment at https://apa.ny.gov/Hearings/index.cfm:

• Continued operation of an existing commercial sand and gravel extraction in the Town of Crown Point, Essex County (P2024-0348).

• A five-lot subdivision and the construction of one new single-family dwelling on each lot with on-site water supply, on-site wastewater treatment, and individual gravel driveway in the Town of Johnsburg, Warren County (P2024-0289).

The mission of the Adirondack Park Agency is to protect the public and private resources of the Adirondack Park through the exercise of the powers and duties of the Agency as provided by law.
