Russia-Myanmar Intergovernmental Agreement on the Promotion and Protection of Investment ratified
The agreement was signed in St Petersburg on June 20, 2025.
Under its terms, each party undertakes to encourage and create favourable conditions for investors from the other country to investment in projects in its territory, and to permit such investment in accordance with its national laws.
