Construction Notice - Water & Wastewater CIP Group 3 - Summertime Lane

Beginning or after January 13, 2025, Quality Excavation, LLC. will begin the construction on Summertime Lane. THE LIMITS OF THIS PROJECT ARE: Summertime Lane from Carousel Dr to Summit Ridge Dr. and includes a section of Route 66 north of Summertime Lane and a section of Summit Ridge Dr. at Avalon Dr.

This project reconstructs Summertime Lane from Carousel Drive to Rufe Snow and Route 66 from Summertime Lane to Whispering Lane including new sidewalks. It replaces the existing water and sanitary sewer with 8" diameter water line and 8" sanitary sewer main. Additionally, it constructs new underground storm drainage and extends the box culvert under Summertime Lane. The culvert (bridge) will be completely reconstructed.

All residents directly affected received a notification letter delivered to their home.

Construction should be completed by January 2026.
