Robotics, Electronics, Gaming, and More at UC Tech Event

The University of Charleston will offer a "Raspberry Jam" for tech enthusiasts on Saturday, March 14, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. through 3:00 p.m. in the UC Ballroom (3rd floor, Geary Student Union building).

Whether a beginner or an experienced maker, attendees can discover the latest innovations, connect with like-minded individuals, and unleash their creativity with programs covering coding, robotics, electronics, gaming, and more. There will be coding challenges, electronics labs, and even gamin setups that turn Raspberry Pi devices into personal arcade systems.

The event is free and open to the public. Tickets for the event can be ordered through https://lu.ma/vd6agtgv.

Raspberry Pi is the name of a series of single-board computers made by the Raspberry Pi Foundation. This UK charity aims to educate people in computing and create easier access to computing education. It launched in 2012, and several iterations and variations have been released.
