Providers File Lawsuit on Hospice Special Focus Program

A lawsuit was filed on January 16, 2025, in the Southern District of Texas by Houston Hospice (one of the programs on the Special Focus Program candidate list) along with several hospice and palliative care state associations. LeadingAge will review the contents of the suit carefully and provide an analysis for members.
